Which wallets can I view TOBIRA NEKO in?
Currently, TOBIRA NEKO cannot be operated with general wallet apps and can only be viewed using a service provided by our company called " Journal ."

Also, the email address you enter in the "Contact" field when purchasing must be the same as the email address of the Journal account in which you want TOBIRA NEKO to appear.
What payment methods can I use?
Credit card (VISA, Master, AMEX), Paypal, Apple Pay.
We are also preparing to accept cryptocurrency payments in the future.
Is there an age limit?
At this time, there are no age restrictions for using the service.
However, please note that the TOBIRA NEKO purchaser-only community "TOBIRAPOLIS" is run using Discord, and in accordance with Discord's terms of use, those under the age of 13 are not permitted to use it.

The exchange doesn't work
If you are having trouble redeeming your TOBIRA NEKO, please check the following:
- The email address used at the time of purchase may differ from the email address registered to your journal account. Please make sure that the email address used at the time of purchase matches the email address registered to your journal account when attempting to redeem.
- The "-" (hyphen) in the redemption code may have been omitted. When copying and pasting the redemption code, please make sure to enter it correctly without omitting the hyphen. Also, please make sure that there are no extra spaces or other characters included when copying and pasting.
If you have checked the above and are still unable to redeem your points, please contact us via our contact form with details and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
I haven't received the login verification email
If you do not receive an email when attempting to log in, the following may be the cause.
- Insufficient capacity in the email folder - Emails are being rejected due to client or security settings - Emails are being sorted into the spam folder by a spam filter - Domain-specific reception is enabled - Email address is logged in using an iCloud domain
If any of the above reasons apply, you may not receive the verification email.
If you have domain reception settings, please set it up so that you can receive emails from @tobiratory.com.
Is the email address used for "Sign in with Apple" shared or private?
Please log in in shared mode.
You will not be able to receive TOBIRA NEKO unless the email address you used when purchasing TOBIRA NEKO is the same as the email address for your Journal account.
If you make your email address private, the part after @ in your email address will become ( privaterelay.appleid.com) and you will no longer be able to receive emails.
If you choose "Sign in with Apple," please select "Share Email" and log in.
An unfamiliar email address (@privaterelay.appleid.com) is registered
If you created an account with your Apple ID, the domain may be registered with an email address in the "@privaterelay.appleid.com" domain.
This is a randomly generated email address if your Apple ID has your email address set to private.
If you want to log in using Apple Account authentication, please select "Share Email" and log in.
Please note that if you log in or create an account while it is private, you will not be able to receive TOBIRA NEKO.
