Tobiratory Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") believes that the proper handling and protection of user information, including personal information collected by our company, is fundamental to our business activities and a social responsibility, so that users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the services we provide (hereinafter referred to as "our services") can use them safely and comfortably.     3. Provision of personal information to third parties

    As a general rule, we will not provide user information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases:

    6. Disclosure of Personal Information

    When a user requests disclosure of personal information pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act, we will disclose the information to the user without delay after confirming that the request is from the user (we will notify the user if the personal information in question does not exist). However, this does not apply if we are not obligated to disclose the information pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee (1,000 yen per request) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

    7. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

    1. If a user requests us to (1) correct the content of personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the information is not true, or (2) suspend the use of such information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use previously announced or because it has been collected by false or other illicit means, we will confirm that the request is from the user and conduct any necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, we will correct the content of the personal information or suspend its use and notify the user to that effect. However, if we decide not to correct or suspend its use, we will notify the user to that effect.
    2. If a user requests that we erase their personal information, and if we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will erase the personal information after confirming that the request is from the user and notify the user of this.
    3. If the Company is not obligated to make corrections, etc. or suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall not apply.

    Changes to our Privacy Policy

    The contents of this Privacy Policy may be reviewed and improved as necessary. However, if changes are made to this Policy that require user consent under applicable laws and regulations, the revised Policy will only apply to users who consent to the changes in the manner prescribed by our company. If we make changes to this Policy, we will notify users of the effective date and content of the revised Policy by displaying it on our applications or by other appropriate means. In such cases, we will announce the changes within our services or on our website. We recommend that users regularly check for the latest information on changes. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from users not checking the Policy.
