Important information about TOBIRA NEKO: Buying and Selling

TOBIRA NEKO cannot be bought, sold or transferred at this time.

With typical NFTs, the owner's address is recorded on the blockchain when an NFT is purchased, and it can be bought, sold, or transferred using a wallet app. However, with TOBIRA NEKO, even if you purchase it, the owner is managed in our database, and on the Flow blockchain, our account owns all TOBIRA NEKO. Therefore, TOBIRA NEKO cannot be operated with a typical wallet app, and can only be viewed using a service provided by our company called " Journal ."

The reason for this design is that NFTs on the Flow blockchain are currently in development, and we are still exploring ways to store metadata easily and standardize secure contracts.

In order to improve the functionality and metadata of TOBIRA NEKO NFTs in the future, once TOBIRA NEKO is transferred to the buyer's address, we will not be able to change the contract or metadata, which may mean that previous TOBIRA NEKOs will no longer be able to support new features. Furthermore, to manage NFTs themselves, buyers will need a wallet app that supports the Flow blockchain, but there are currently few options, which could become a hurdle to experiencing the fun of NFTs. Therefore, for now, TOBIRA NEKOs will only be managed in our database.

As Tobiratory's services continue to develop, we will consider the standards and data structure of NFTs on the Flow blockchain, and if the experience of owning NFTs using a wallet app becomes acceptable to buyers, we plan to offer a feature that allows buyers to transfer ownership of TOBIRA NEKO to their own address through our web wallet (Journal), etc. Please note that there are some differences from general NFTs, and we appreciate your understanding.
